Judge a Book by its Cover

Outward appearance is the most critical aspect of an individual life. That may sound shallow, but it gets deep. First, what consists of outward appearance or physical appearance? It’s how you dress, your fitness, how you move or walk, how you speak, and your facial expressions. What’s on the inside is significant, but it’s secondary. It is similar to saying food is secondary to water. Both are needed, but water is critical to your survival.

What you put in your body translates into your physical appearance. Some practices are unhealthy that bodybuilders use to get big, and some models use to lose weight, but the majority of people that want to look good eat healthily. Let’s get on point; when the expression “Don’t judge a book by its cover” is stated, the notion of personality or behavior comes to mind. Okay, think deeply about this fork in the road. You had one of the worst weekends of your life. Now it’s Monday, and it’s time to go to work/school. What do you do?

Option A: dress how you feel and look disheveled. Or option
B: dress in your best outfit, style your hair, put a smile on your face, stand up straight and walk tall. The way you look and present yourself is the most important because it will dictate how you act and feel for the most part. Put on a uniform for any respective field, real or imaginary, and tell
me if your personality, mood, or demeanor didn’t shift. Judge a book by its cover, you may not know all the detail, but you know the general direction of the story.
